Gary Bryant is the current President and Founder of Newport Capital Consultants, Inc., an Orange County, California based consulting firm engaged in the provision of consulting services to private and public companies since 1991. Mr. Bryant has over 40 years of experience in the investment banking services industry. Recently, Mr. Bryant was involved as a co-founder of the Southern California Investment Association (SCIA). The SCIA is a comprehensive organization that offers select small-cap companies a venue to present their company to a group of investment professionals. In December of 2006, Mr. Bryant received the prestigious "Founders Award" from the National Investment Banking Association.

John D. "J.D." Kerr is Vice President of Trading for Newport Capital Consultants. J.D. joined the team at Newport Capital Consultants Inc. in 1998. In 2005, J.D. attended the Online Trading Academy in Dallas Texas, where he received with honors, his certificate as a direct access trader, in their Professional Trader Advanced course. J. D. lives in Frisco, Texas with his wife Meredith, and their sons Joseph, and Johnny.

Stephen E. Jones is the Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for Newport Capital Consultants, Inc. Mr. Jones has been with Newport Capital Consultants for the last five years. Mr. Jones is a graduate of the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors (AMAA) where he obtained the credential of Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor(CM&AA) in June of 2005. He graduated from Oklahoma City University with a BSB degree in Marketing. Mr. Jones lives in Frisco Texas with his wife Elizabeth and their two sons, Cade and Carsen.
